CHAR handcrafts interior components for classic Porsche vehicles. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors, at any time.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Payment must be received before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Fitment and installation
Products are intended for the vehicle applications identified on the Site. It is your responsibility to confirm fitment for your specific vehicle. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. CHAR is not responsible for improper installation or for damage or injury resulting from misuse.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of CHAR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Shipping & Returns
This policy describes how CHAR ships orders and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Order processing
In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Because many CHAR components are handcrafted or made to order, some items require additional lead time, which is noted on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
All made-to-order goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any upholstered items and any product produced, cut, finished, or customized specifically for your order. Because these items are made individually for you, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For eligible non-made-to-order items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact info@char.works with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error or a defective product.
